I help women reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and shift the patterns that keep them stuck in survival mode.
I also support children and families in learning how to understand and work with the body’s signals—where many of these patterns first begin.
Through nervous system education, somatic awareness, and subconscious pattern work, I support a return to internal safety, clarity, and embodied alignment. This work extends beyond individual healing into how we relate to ourselves, our children, and our environments.
Why This Work Matters
Most of what we call stress, overwhelm, or disconnection is not random—it is the nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect you.
When the system becomes chronically activated or shut down, it begins to shape how you think, relate, and experience your life. What feels like “who you are” is often a reflection of a system trying to keep you safe.
When you are operating from a survival state, it becomes difficult to live in alignment with yourself.
Healing begins by learning how to experience these signals rather than override them.
Listen without judgment.
Feel without shame.
Unlearn who you were taught to be.
Reconnect with who you actually are.
Working With the Body, Not Against It
We live in a culture that has taught us to override the body—push through, stay productive, and disconnect from internal signals. Over time, this creates a sense of disconnection, confusion, and dissatisfaction.
The body, however, is not the problem—it is a source of information.
In this work, you learn how to recognize what your body is communicating, stay with those signals, and respond from a more grounded and aligned place.
Life begins to feel more aligned, rather than something you are constantly trying to manage.
My Approach
My work is rooted in understanding the nervous system as the body’s primary system of regulation and protection. I integrate somatic practices, nervous system education, and subconscious pattern awareness to support meaningful and lasting change.
This is not about forcing calm or controlling your emotional state. It is about learning to recognize when your system has shifted, understanding what that shift is communicating, and moving through it without shame.
Over time, what once felt overwhelming becomes something you can navigate with greater ease, awareness, and choice.
Many people have learned at an early age to shame the intensity of their own nervous system—labeling sensitivity, emotional depth, or reactivity as “too much.” But these are not flaws; they are part of how your system is designed to respond, protect, and adapt. When you begin to work with your nature rather than against it, something fundamental begins to shift. This is where transformation begins.
Who I Work With
I work with women who feel stuck in cycles of stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or patterns they cannot seem to shift—even when they understand what is happening and know the changes they want to make. Instead of creating relief, this awareness often becomes pressure and self-criticism when change does not follow, reinforcing the cycle they are trying to break. They are highly self-aware and intelligent, yet still feel out of alignment.
How I Came to This Work
This work is both professional and deeply personal. I have experienced what it feels like to live in a chronically activated system—where anxiety, pressure, and internal tension become the baseline. My path has been shaped through learning how to return to the body, slow down, and work with my system rather than against it. Through that process, I began to understand something fundamental:
When internal safety is rebuilt, the threshold for survival activation changes. What once triggered immediate reactions becomes something you can meet with awareness and choice.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself in a more grounded, regulated, and aligned way.

About My Approach & Journey
My work is rooted in both professional training and lived experience. I know what it feels like to be putting effort into your health and still not feel fully at ease in your body or nervous system.
Over time, I came to understand that real change is not linear or isolated—it happens when we begin working with the whole system in a way that supports regulation and internal coherence.
Health is an ongoing relationship with yourself, one that changes as you do.
In my work, I take a collaborative approach that honors your lived experience as essential to the process. Together, we explore the deeper patterns shaping how you think, feel, and respond in your life.
My intention is to support you in building internal safety so that you can move through life with more steadiness, clarity, and trust in yourself.
This work has naturally expanded into supporting children and families, where these patterns are first formed and reinforced for generations.
My Background
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and community-based programs.
I have worked with individuals across the lifespan and with a variety of conditions, including neurological disorders, mental health challenges, and complex medical needs. I have also contributed to program development and wellness initiatives focused on long-term, whole-person care.
This background continues to inform my approach, blending evidence-based knowledge with a more integrative, holistic perspective.
Since leaving the medical system, I have become a Certified & Professional Life Coach and Certified Herbalist.
My Personal Journey
My personal path has deeply shaped the way I support others.
After becoming a mother, my perspective on health shifted. When conventional approaches failed to fully support my family’s needs, I began exploring additional ways to care for our physical and emotional well-being. This led me to incorporate more natural, supportive practices into daily life—such as mindfulness, nutrition, environmental awareness, and intentional lifestyle changes.
Over time, I realized there was an even deeper layer to healing: reconnecting the mind and body. Through somatic and subconscious work, I experienced meaningful shifts in how I relate to myself, how I experience physical and social tension, and how I carry myself through life.
That journey continues to evolve, and it’s one of the reasons I feel so passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves in a way that feels empowering and authentic.
That journey continues to evolve, and it is what allows me to support others in reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels safe, grounded, aligned.
